In this video we're going to sound design a tropical pop pluck synth using all stock plugins in Logic Pro X. The soft synth we'll be using is Alchemy and the audio FX we'll be adding on top are a stereo spread, an expander, chorus, and reverb. Although the tropical pop/house movement has died down a little bit these pluck synths have found themselves into modern pop, especially when the weather gets nice out and ""summer banger"" tracks start to dominate the charts for a few months. This sound isn't definitively from any particular artist or song, however some of the artists that might use this style of pluck would be: Matoma, Kygo, Cheat Codes, Sam Feldt, Sons of Maria, Ehrling and many more.
